OOC:

Name: Sally
Age: 22
Timezone: Central
Experience: Loooooots
AIM/E-mail: GangarXBangar/aurieal@yahoo.com

IC:

Basics:

Full Name: Donaghan Ludovic Tremlett
Age/DOB: 31 / August 28, 1972
Bloodline: Pureblood
Occupation: Bassist for the Weird Sisters, the GREATEST ROCK BAND EVER.
Former House: Hufflepuff (1983-1989/90)

Appearance:

PB: Nick Valensi
Eyes/Hair: Every changing with his mood, but Hazel is the general answer / Shaggy, shoulder length, hardly ever brushed, unless Ana feels like playing with it.
Height/Weight: 6'2", 153
General Appearance: Relaxed. Don prides himself on his laid back take on life. Because honestly, who could go through four marriages and four divorces without learning how to relax?
Style of Dress: Rock star casual. He's a skinny little fuck, especially for his height, and he shows it off with skinny jeans and tight t-shirts. At least, when he goes out. When he spends the day in, he's usually found in pajama pants and baggie hoodies.

Personality:

General Personality: Donaghan has always been a rather easy-going bloke, rolling with the punches and just letting things happen. It never bothered him that his parents were over-protective, it just meant that he had time to himself to draw or write or make up imaginary friends. Of course, when he went to Hogwarts, he no longer lived under the control his parents had over him, and he was finally allowed to act out.

He wasn't exactly the model Hufflepuff because he tended to get into a rather lot of trouble. Mostly due to the fact that he felt that being out from under his parents' watch entitled him to do whatever he pleased. In the Muggle world, he probably would have been diagnosed with ADD and/or hyperactivity, but Professor Dumbledore decided that all Donaghan needed was a creative outlet. After third year, instead of Divination (because he was complete rubbish at it), Donaghan met with the Headmaster in his office and spent the time writing and playing music in a small room that had been set up for him.

He supposes that his child-like behavior is one of the reasons why none of his marriages have ever made it to a year. The main reason, of course, is because Donaghan is more in love with the idea of love than anything else. He's a romantic at heart and he "falls in love" quick and hard.
Aspirations/Fears: Don wants for the Weird Sisters to take over the world. No, really. But his truest desire is to fall in love For Real and live happily ever after. / His greatest fear is to die old and alone, and for his daughter to hate him.
Quirks/Habits: Don falls in love hard and fast. It might not really be considered a quirk, but it's definitely a habit. He also likes to get drunk on Valentine's Day (unless Ana is with him, then he'll grab Kirley and they'll all three have a date and he'll indulge in just one or two drinks to relax).

History:

Parents Names: Marilyn and Marcus Tremlett
Siblings Names: Only child
History - Birth to Age 10:

Donaghan was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland by two extremely loving, extremely paranoid parents. They were purebloods, to be sure, going back at least ten generations on each side. But their names had never been prominent ones, and because of this, they stayed neutral and out of the way during the first war.

Don lived a sheltered life, home-schooled by his mother until his letter came from Hogwarts, with very few days spent away from home and even fewer days spent with friends. Not that he had that many friends. But that was perfectly fine with him, as his imaginary friends were more friends than real people anyway.

History - 11-18 (Hogwarts):

Hogwarts was a shock to him at first. He'd never been around so many people at once before. He didn't think he'd ever even seen so many people in his entire life. In his first few days of classes, Donaghan barely spoke two words, but he soon adjusted to the crowded environment. It certainly helped that he made his first real friend ever in Kirley McCormack-Duke after an unjust detention served together. Not long after that, he and Kirley and another fellow, Myron Wagtail, became inseparable.

Most of Don's time in school was dedicated to his studies, but a fair chunk of it was focused on worrying over Kirley and his behavior, especially during Kirley's fifth year. His study habits weren't healthy, and Don spent a lot of his time trying to get Kirley to alternately sleep or eat. Kirley's sixth year was even worse, and Don nearly failed his OWLs, he was so busy worrying about his friend. He managed to squeak by with passing grades in everything, but it was a close call. And then Kirley decided not to return for his seventh year. Don was set to follow him where ever he went, but Kirley convinced him to stick it out. He very much Did Not Want, but he reluctantly stayed, only because Kirley wanted him to, and he accepted Kirley's owls and visits on Hogsmeade weekends as an alternate to spending every day together.

Don's weekly meetings with the Headmaster continued through the rest of his school career, but after a meeting with his head of house to discuss what he wanted to do with his life, the meetings became more and more frequent. It wasn't that Don didn't think that his education wasn't important, he just didn't see the point in continuing it when he didn't know what he wanted to do. The only think he really liked was music, and since he started the meetings, he'd improved on his piano skills and taught himself guitar, bass, and - just because - violin. He still received passing grades in all of his classes, but his work was never anything particularly spectacular.

History - Since Leaving Hogwarts:

After finally leaving school, Don moved into a flat near the entrance of Diagon Alley that his parents had bought him after he told them in no uncertain terms that he was never going to live in Dublin again. He immediately insisted that Kirley move in with him because living above a pub wasn't exactly the ideal environment for him. It wasn't long before the Weird Sisters were born and they were thrust into stardom.

Like when Don first went to Hogwarts, it took him a lot of time to adjust to the sudden fame that the Weird Sisters brought him. The attention he got while simply going to the supermarket was overwhelming and after a while, Don got into the habit of simply owling his orders in and having them delivered. Being famous wasn't going away, though, and it wasn't long before Don found himself growing comfortable with the attention. Especially from their fans. It had always been a dream of Don's to find someone and live "happily ever after," so when he started getting that sort of attention from the fans, he was sure he was going to find it.

This line of thinking didn't exactly work. Donaghan met his first wife in February 1995 at a show. Keira Lane was an entertainment reporter, backstage to get an interview with the band about their tour, and Don fell hard. They had a whirlwind romance and were married in June of the same year. The band was touring, Don was in love with a beautiful woman, and everything was going brilliantly. Or so he thought. Keira didn't like being a rock-and-roll wife, either staying at home while the band was on the road or only seeing Don when they made the brief stop in London on their way to their next location. It wasn't long before they started fighting, and they were divorced by the first week of December.

Don was completely devastated. He had thought that they would work, that they were made for each other, and then nothing. To help with his heartache, Don adopted himself a Jack Russell Terrier puppy, named Phil by Kirley. Even though Don loved Phil more than anything, he was still upset. Being in Europe only reminded him of Keira, and he needed to get away. It didn't take a lot of convincing from Don to get the band to agree to a short tour in the States, and Don enlisted his parents to watch Phil while he was gone.

Wife number two was actually a complete accident. During their tour, they made a stop in Las Vegas. They had decided earlier on that they'd take an extra night in Vegas, to relax and recharge before they moved on to their next show, and most of the boys, Don included, took the opportunity to get completely drunk and visit a strip club. It was there that Don "met" Patricia. Her stage name was Butterfly, and somehow - Don isn't exactly sure on the details - they ended up together in The Little White Chapel. This was obviously a mistake, one that was corrected after 22 hours and a visit to the courthouse.

Don swore off relationships for a while after that, satisfying himself with adopting another dog - a French Bulldog this time, called Fish - and random sexual encounters when the need arose. It was good that he wasn't married during that time, as it turned out, because Kirley needed him. After Don and Wags succeeded in forcing Kirley into rehab, Don spent every day with Kirley at the hospital, helping him through detox and even sneaking Phil in for the occasional visit.

Kirley's sobriety after rehab cheered Don up infinitely, but a simple accident blindsided him. A girl he'd slept with, Lucy Cooke, was pregnant. Don immediately offered her marriage. She refused at first, insisting that maybe they should get to know each other before they got married. So they spent two months living together before getting married in April of 1998. Don knew he wasn't exactly in love with Lucy, but he enjoyed spending time with her, and he fell in love with the idea of being a father. Anastasia Elizabeth Tremlett was born October 3, 1998, and Don was lost. Ana became the center of his universe, pushing music into second place for the first time ever. Unfortunately, when Ana was six months old, Don and Lucy decided to call it quits. It was a mutual decision, as neither of them were in love, and while they were great friends, husband and wife just weren't working. And Don bought another French Bulldog - though he claimed it was for Ana - called Stanley.

When Lucy first discovered she was pregnant, the paparazzi had a field day, throwing accusations around at Don and his bad habit of one-night-stands. After she moved in with him, though, the press settled down and most everyone forgot that she was pregnant when she married him. Krystal Hughs was not one of these people. She remembered quite clearly reading about how Lucy had become pregnant and Don had proposed marriage practically the next day. And when she finally met Don in late November of 1999, she decided that she wanted a piece of his fortune. They slept together and a few weeks later, Krystal contacted him, claiming to be pregnant. As with Lucy, Don offered to marry Krystal and she accepted without hesitation. They were married in early January 2000.

Almost immediately, Krystal tried to make changes in Don's life. She hated Kirley and the rest of the band and did everything she could to keep Don from them. Whenever they came over, she whined about having a headache. Whenever Don planned on visiting them, she whined about feeling ill. On one occasion, she actually accused Kirley of drunkenly hitting on her and taking a swing when she refused. Don questioned Kirley, who denied everything. Krystal was adamant, though, and Don decided that maybe Kirley said something that she misconstrued and maybe they shouldn't spend time around each other. This was what Krystal wanted. Don was slowly separating himself from his friends and spending almost all of his time with Krystal. She was getting cocky, though, and she finally made a mistake. She and Don had a small disagreement about the dogs and whether or not one chewed her shoe, and she, in a fit of frustration, lit a cigarette. Don immediately took it away and told her it was bad for the baby. She was forced to admit that she wasn't pregnant, that she'd never been pregnant. Don kicked her out of his flat and fled to Kirley's. He spent the next few days pleading for Kirley's forgiveness.

Kirley came home one day with a tiny Chihuahua for Don. This cheered Don up immensely, and he dubbed the little girl Winston Churchill. After Krystal, Don swore off relationships again, and off casual sex as well. After a few conversation with Lucy, they decided to enter into a "friends with benefits" arrangement while they were both single. It wasn't often that they needed each other, but they met up about once a month to work out some tension. Until Don met Darya Koslov, a model, during a gig in the Ukraine. They fell directly into lust, married three months later, and Darya gave birth to Nataliya nine months after that, on the fifteenth of March, 2002.

Don fell in love all over again. Even Ana seemed to enjoy having a baby sister. The only person who wasn't completely delighted by the whole situation was Darya, especially when Don mentioned that he wouldn't mind having more. Darya informed him that while she loved him and their daughter, she was a model first a foremost.

And so another notch was made on Don's divorce belt, and he made a vow that if and when he decided that he wanted another child, he would be doing it alone. Darya moved back to the Ukraine, dropping in every so often to pay her daughter a visit.

Don is back to focusing on music and raising his daughters. No more relationships for him, not ever.

Partner Section:

What Character is your "partner" applying for?: Kirleyyyyyy
What sort of relationship do the two characters have?/What sort of relationship WILL the two characters have?: BFFS, YO. And I think Kassie put it best with quoting Zach and Donald
Relationship "Type": "The Guy Love

History Of the two characters: Practically brothers, though not quite, because brothers don't play grab-ass on stage to get crowds riled up. OR DO THEY? Really, though, Kirley is Don's other half, and he adores the man an unhealthy amount and would do absolutely anything in the world for him.

Plans for the two characters: "It's Guy Love, don't compromise the feeling of some other guy, holding up your heart into the skyyyyyy."
